Add Events, Worship Services and Groups to the Portal

ChurchTrakr only displays church authorized public content in the Church Portal. Visibility is controlled from the event, worship service, or group itself.

Show an event or worship service

1. Open an event or worship service in ChurchTrakr.
2. Review its name, description, date, time, location, image, and registration settings.
3. Enable its public visibility option.
4. Save the event or service.
5. Use Share to share an event or worship service directly.  You can share a direct link, .

Public events and worship services appear together on the portal Events page. Visitors can filter the list, open the details, and use an internal registration form or external registration link when one is configured.

Show a group

1. Open the group and go to Access & Sharing.
2. Enable Show in Portal.
3. Enable Open Enrollment if people with the public link may ask to join.
4. Save the group.

Show in Portal displays the group’s image, description, and meeting details. Open Enrollment allows join requests, which staff review before the person becomes a group member.
