Set Up and Publish Your Church Portal

The Church Portal gives members and guests one public place to view events, find groups, give, contact the church, and access private member features.

Set up the portal

1. In ChurchTrakr, open Settings.
2. Find the Church Portal section.
3. Enter a Unique portal URL. This becomes the church’s address after /org/.
4. Add a Welcome headline and Welcome message.
5. Choose any giving and contact forms you want the portal to use.
6. Select Save Changes.

Preview and publish

Use Preview portal to open the portal in a new tab and review it before sharing. When the portal is ready, change its status from Hidden to Published, save the settings, and share its address with members and guests.

Before sharing

• Confirm the church name, description, contact information, and address are current.
• Test the Events, Groups, Give, and Contact links.
• Open the portal on a phone as well as a computer.
